Canon is fun and all but exploring is vastness of allow growth, and yeah lately it been very light storytelling, part me hoping it just lot set up, but it kinda dragging feet. We know Sonic going to Sonic, but we invested knowing more about him and his world, to take 'Spin Dash' journey, take few stop for Chilli dog, and interact with few friends and pick up items and feel emotions hard earn victory after lose. You can only be stuck at start menu so long before opening start over and that get boring no matter how good it is. So here hoping they used their team for the best.

Knuckles Chaotix Is the best sonic game. If you master the ring tether, and truly give it a chance, you'll go faster than any sonic game ever. You can do such satisfying moves and tricks, slingshotting yourself across levels with cool colors and beutiful sprite art. the music is a jam. Vector is objectivly the best sonic characters. If you master the game, you will have a good time like you've never good timed before. masterpeice. I have taken the mission to spread the good word of this game. And its not like i've poured 5 million hours into this game. I've been playing it twice a year, and I don't really commit the levels or memorize. But charging your speed by holding and jumping, then releasing will sling you far, and give you epic amounts of speedd. I have adhd, and i could care less if i have to wait like 2 seconds for and elevator. If you have the attention span of a duck and cant wait for 2 seconds, thats not my fault. (Im not trying to be aggresive or anything, i just really like this game.) Also the multiplayer is something yu have to be in the right mindset to enjoy. Some of my varoite memories with my homies is taking turns on p1 and p2, and just chatting and messing around and glitching things out in the game.

He'll always be Robotnik to me. Eggman sounds not intimidating but childish and silly. Plus it fit so well with what he was about and with what he was doing. All this egg stuff in his name and inventions plus,, his behavior makes him seem like more of a comic relief and less of a serious villain that's an actual treat.

Honestly. This video gave me a new appreciation for Shadow's character, particularly for what Shadow's character really was in Sonic Adventure 2 - a loyal friend to the bitter end, he was determined to refuse to let his best friend down, come hell or high water and no matter the cost. You're right, nobody in this franchise loves as intensely as Shadow The Hedgehog (Or at least, as much as he used to...)

This was one of my favorite comics back in the day. I would love for this fight to be redone with more fight scenes added. That superpowered throwdown blew my mind and I love the fact that Knuckles used his game superform and I really wish his superform was used more or at least used in the IDW comics.

Allow me to attempt to explain why one might like the Knuckles show. Pretty early on, I quickly realized that it wasn't about him anymore, it was the Wade show. That aside, I still found it to be a master class in absurdist comedy. Like, I was expecting Ben Stiller to somehow be involved. It features jokes and visual humor that stood out better than any funny moments from either of the two Sonic movies. It got to a point where I was wishing that the people in charge of the films just handled the plot and action, and left the jokes and down time to the writers of this show. So long as everything doesn't descend into farcical territory and the serious moments are allowed to be 100% serious, I really think it would prop the movies up. Now, I'm not trying to defend the show. It completely failed to deliver to us any real insight into Knuckles as a character and what he's been through, outside of his backstory, which in turn was presented in a way that was played for laughs. The movies and this show have a very different tone than the games, and I'm completely fine with it. In fact, I really hope they don't throw it all away to go down the 100% lore accurate Shadow route. As much as I love him, that dude's back story is way too ridiculous at points and needs to be retconned for the third film.

I find it funny that 1st VA of Silver was Quinton Flynn, The same guy who voiced Raiden from MGS2 and MGR:Rev. Silver haired, wasn't just supported by others to be another "free spirit" and committed to finding his idea of life. He also joined a paramilitary organisation... **again**

I like to think that the "ghosts" are just a civilation of bats that build the temples of sandopolis as a type of "manmade cave system" in order to avoid sunlight. They just really don't like intruders, hence why they attack the player.

I love the concept of Scrapnik Island so much- it's just generally a really cool idea and I'd love to see more done with it in the future

I kind of understand that the game characters can't really change (I have my problems with that but it seems lie an inevitability) but what really gets me is that the comic characters aren't really doing anything either. Maybe they're limited because they have plans to include them in a future game, but we don't know if that's the case so we can only go off the comic. So all I see is Tangle being the same happy lemur who occasionally sticks her foot in her mouth, Whisper being re-traumatized by the comic over and over again, Lanolin getting her development from helpless civilian to badass military leader offscreen. Not sure about Surge and Kit bc they're only in the middle of their second arc, which makes them the most interesting at the moment. So if we're stuck in a situation where the game characters can't change and the comic characters also aren't doing that for the most part, and the world has barely changed since the beginning of the comic.... how can I believe the comic when it sets up all this drama and mystery? I know things will resolve and just go back to what it always is. I actually like the one-off low stakes adventures the most because of this, they focus on fun moments which I can enjoy without expecting anything more.

The problem with IDW Sonic. They are doing the same thing that Archie Comics Sonic with Ken Penders was doing many years ago. They are created characters that had nothing to do with the Sonic franchise game.

The scrapnik island stuff was peak side story, but I felt the main story was just overall weaker than the prior arcs. Maybe it’s too soon to stay but I hope the series doesn’t start to run out of steam or become too derivative. Please stop trying to shove bs pandering romances into comics…especially ones for kids. Everything else was fine but I’m glad sega isn’t allowing a push for that sort of thing that already mucks up so many other comics in this day and age. Keep the focus on the characters.
